Key Features
- Strong thermal conductivity
- Electrical insulation
- Low oil separation
- Wide service-temperature range
- Weather and water resistance

Thermally conductive silicone compound with low oil separation and wide temperature resistance.
ASH thermal grease is an electrically insulating, highly thermally conductive silicone material with low oil separation and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, water, ozone and weather. It transfers heat between electronic components and heat sinks while providing moisture, dust, corrosion and vibration protection.
Performance profile
Material behavior and application fit are considered together, helping teams qualify the right grade for their line instead of selecting by part number alone.
Representative grades
Use these values for initial comparison. ASH will confirm the current technical data sheet, packaging format and process recommendation for the selected grade.
