Key Features
- High-purity tin material
- Less spattering
- Good solderability
- Less smoke
- Excellent wettability

High-purity rosin-core wire for smooth application, strong wetting, low smoke and minimal splatter.
ASH rosin-core solder wire is manufactured from imported high-quality rosin and high-purity tin. Rosin content from 1.0–4.0%, wire diameters from φ0.1–φ3.0 mm and multiple alloy options address spattering, tin shrinkage, tin explosion and excessive smoke.
Performance profile
Material behavior and application fit are considered together, helping teams qualify the right grade for their line instead of selecting by part number alone.
Representative grades
Use these values for initial comparison. ASH will confirm the current technical data sheet, packaging format and process recommendation for the selected grade.
